Marlys works for the public and private sector. She teaches at the graduate level for Golden Gate University in the area of Quality Management and Business Process Improvement. Her Master's degree is in educational technology and she has been designing and implementing training for companies and organizations for thirty years. She is one of the original fifty consultants chosen by the State of California to train and implement quality control programs. Marlys is committed to helping people be the best they can be - and she conveys information in a fun, upbeat, easy-to-recall manner.
